Syncing your appointments to an external calendar

The Appointment Scheduler allows you to sync your appointments to an external calendar, such as Google Calendar or Apple Calendar.

This is accomplished by adding an iCal feed from the Provider Portal to your calendar software. 

To obtain your iCal feed URL: 

• Login to the Provider Portal
• Click the "Scheduler" link from the top right menu
• Find and click the "iCalendar Feed" link
• Under the "Subscribe to a Feed" section copy the URL that looks similar to the example shown below
• Use this URL to add to your appointments to your preferred calendar software.
  • Specific instructions on how to add the calendar feed to your calendar software is outside the scope of this document.

Example of an iCalendar URL:

https://my.providerportal.nz/feed/scheduler/0/abcdefg1234567/cal.ics

Note: when syncing your appointments to other calendars be mindful of who has access to the calendar and what information is displayed.
